By the end of 2013 I’ll be in the best shape of my life…

To be honest, I’m already in the best shape I’ve ever been, but I guess by the end of 2013 I’ll be in THE shape of my life ;)

I don’t care what my body looks like, I just want to be healthy. & Being healthy just happens to cause you to have a great body.. So, yeah. I can deal with that.
Today I realized: the harder I try now, the sooner I’ll see my goals. The more excuses I make, the longer it’ll take to see results. So, go that extra mile, even when you don’t think you can.
